okay,but the thing is,i did not put the soundcard.
i already using the audio jack to insert into the mic and headphone jack
nothing happened.

biggrin.gif to roll out the issues coming from Headset re-install necessary driver e.g. SteelSeries engine or driver then restart, if this does not fix your issues please google issues see if any other EXP same issues, then try look for Microsoft help page... usually culprit is Window itself...  blush.gif  icon_rolleyes.gif

Edit: best way to rule out issues not from headphone use CCleaner  to clean out un wanted Registry...  so uninstall driver, then use CCleaner remove unwanted registery then reinstall driver  restart OS

thanks for the help...steelseries driver is not the problem...its my usb3 driver problem

this may or may not be a recurring problem for some but has anyone had a fix for the errors while installing the Steelseries Engine?. After installation I would get a message like "Steelseries Engine failed to initialize please reinstall". Tried reinstalling, deleting the folder in %AppData%, changing the USB port for my SS device. Still no luck

Edit : just read the post above, i'll try cleaning my registry with CC and see if it'll help

I think nobody does repairs for SS headsets...
SS themselves wouldnt even repair if you send for warranty, they will just send you a new one IIRC

IIRC, you've to send it overseas(SS headquarters) to get it repaired and it's gonna cost an arm and a leg.

If your unit is covered by warranty, send it to your local distributor for a replacement unit.

Using Razer Lachesis. I saw Steelseries Sensei RAW is ranked top. So wonder what is your comment over here. Any other model you guys recommend? Spending, around 200-300 I think.

can check out the new SteelSeries Rival too. Recommend you to go try for yourself;
because in the end of the day, everyone has different preference.
IMO, the Sensei RAW is one of the better mouse I have used before. thumbup.gif
