since you said the buttons at the other side is hard to press
better avoid ambidextrous mouse, perhaps try out the new rival when it arrives
still waiting for ikari v2?  laugh.gif
could be that too
but my friend had the dota 2 version, doesnt have that problem

Ikari V2 yesssss. We should sign a petition to Steelseries and ask them to rejuvenate the lost icon. Lolol

Question: (SS Siberia v2 dota 2 edition) Does the auto noise-cancellation need to use with the SS Engine?

Or it just plug-n-play?

I only used it plug and play
Not sure if noise cancellation was on but my friend on the other side said it was clear and free from fan noise smile.gif

Comfort is there but yes it tends to get a little hot, ears can sweat after prolonged gaming. laugh.gif

When the ear cups are covering your ears, not much air/wind can get through.

I think nowadays peripheral companies are getting more and more outrageous , that day I watch someone unboxed his Siberia Elite , cool product , expensive also. However the microphone sounded like a RM15 product , honestly.

Is it really that hard to slap in a quality mic onto a headset? Not to mention with that pricing.. Also , I watched the same uploader who also tested out the 3HV2's mic , and to my surprise , it was A LOT better than the Elite. doh.gif

SteelSeries has come a long way and they have gained a lot reputation throughout the years. I too noticed the quality of their current products don't really match the ones when they just came in to the industry. I believe it's normal, when you need to step up the production line, QC will suffer and sometimes might even slap on some lower quality parts.

Hi guys, just a report on my Sensei RAW rubberised edition.

Still works fine and all, still loving it, but the rubber surface is not in the least durable i must say =/

The acidity of my skin -in case you're asking, yes, our skin is acidic, not just me- is actually eating away on the surface (most obvious at where i place my thumb and pinky finger), making it slightly sticky (kind of like the grips of those Pilot supergrip mechanical pencils after being left a while) , and the rubber comes of easily when i scrape the surface lightly with my finger (not using nails), much like an eraser, and i don't even have sweaty palms.
Bringing the mouse everywhere with my laptop is not such a smart move either. The surface scratch VERY easily.

Looking back, I kind of regret buying the rubberised edition instead of the glossy edition, but this mouse has served me well, and will likely continue serving me for a few more years.

So, a word of advice for mouse owners with rubberised surfaces on their mice, wipe it frequently and avoid scratching it in any way possible =/
