Actually some of the flat-rate USPS Priority is sent by Pos Malaysia. e.g. flat rate small box Priority is by Pos Malaysia and has label starting with 'L'.

Anything with label starting with 'L' is by Pos Malaysia, 'C' and 'E' (Express Mail International) is by Poslaju.

go to the International Tab and note no 5 fine print at the bottom of the page. Small flat rate box and flat rate padded envelopes are not trackable, they have 'L' label.

Pos Laju definitely very busy but again I'm all praise to their service.  

Shipped out 2 parcels on Monday and all received yesterday.

I have a parcel stuck in KLIA. Fax appointment letter on Monday to appoint Pos Laju to clear customs, Tuesday agree to import duty amount and this morning cleared from customs. If I'm lucky can collect this evening also!
