Free , Open-Source , Works with Windows Server 2003. It can scan outgoing and incoming e-mails. Pretty good , if you run your own E-mail server. < Memory Footprint...

Windows does not detect it as Antivirus , the GUI is somewhat geeky...
4) Can Clam AV cleans and remove all the viruses that it detects in the wild, cause I've heard some user claims that Clam AV can only scan for viruses but have not capability to remove them..is this true?
Not sure about that...Some , it can remove , others it can't...50/50. But someone posted a patch that allows you to do that...Im not too sure about that
5) Can we schedule Clam AV to scan for viruses at a specific time and date?
Its possible
6) Can we distribute the Clam AV virus definition update from one focker point to all the available clients?
Should be possible..But again Im not sure. If you change the source , then it might be possible
