Speed test on Maxis LTE in my area.

Called and confirm with Maxis, its still going to be unlimited and no cap or what so ever event on LTE.

Again this is only for Maxis 3G/4G legacy Unlimited Mobile Internet - RM99
Cap ayam brand might have or already been capped to 30GB

If you need event higher speed, try go inside the police station.

it's not LTE model

planning to upgrade once LTE version is release

tested with 2 model. tablet z LTE and z Ultra.

z Ultra have no LTE but speed is reasonably good

No , i think i have asked them many times. but if there is anyone you know no longer want this service , you can transfer ownership to yourself with chargers RM50. Both owner and new owner must go there with IC.

Not sure if many of you notice, MyMaxis app from PlayStore can basicly check your quota.
Mine left 0MB for one of my account and another one remaining 20GB. However no difference in speed for both.
Maxis are well aware on my case, every time i make call it either routed to manager or someone senior. I was told its to measure those on capped account and not apply for Unlimited account users.

Yes they have, but only for legacy accounts. As for now Biro Pengaduan Awam and some other government agency help me on this.

Mine still go beyond 7mbps, since one of my account now left 0MB , speed test still around 10mbps - 20mbps, i can double check later to confirm. but event with 7mbps im still okay with it , the last capped was at 384kbps.

Initially i had 1 legacy unlimited account, and another one i did ownership transfer from my cousin and it cost me RM50 and i paid him few more for the deal.

Well based on JPA, if its advertise as unlimited it should be unlimited, back in that time there were no FUP
So by law we are not apply to 7mbps if over 30GB, and this statement supported by MCMC and JPA

If you are on legacy plan you shouldn't have any capped. You can take lawyer and sue them for this.
but as said, make sure you are on legacy plan, your monthly bill will be RM104.94 , no more , no less and you cant make any outgoing calls and you cant receive incoming calls.

Of course not, legacy mean you have been subscribe since day one they have Maxis Unlimited, if you change in between you no longer in legacy plan. Why go and change to multisim service ? You are most likely paying RM 68/88 for the internet service + you can make and receive calls.

You pay RM99 + RM15 = RM114 (2 sims)
I pay RM105 + RM105 = RM210 and cant make and receive call (2 sims)

I dont think the speed / quota should be the same. I pay more
