connection keep dropping from 2G to 3G and then jump back to LTE, maybe some maintenance going on with Maxis tower.

If user don't use bandwidth they paid for, who else will ?
If service provide failed to provide service as promise, its their fault not users.
All users paid for service, event BIZ68, BIZ99 or Unlimited Data, they all pay for service.
If Maxis cant cope with the number of users, they have to stop taking new users or improve their services.

if provider advertise unmetered and user paid , 2 things need to understand here

1) provider advertise because of their capability
2) user pay more and expect for service as advertise.


You don't advertise your car move fast as F1 when selling Kancil.
And when you buy F1 you don't expect it to move like Kancil.
