The FUP started after or in 2008 so if you re-subscribe or make any changes to your plan, it come with new T&C that you are tie to FUP. those who subscribe before FUP can use unlimited and capped.
That is the logic. Maxis called me more than 10 times last year and ask me if i wanted to change my plan to other data plan as they have new promotion and so on, but i ask if the new one have FUP, they say yes. so i dont want to change and keep mine as how it is.

yes the only data plan, you pay RM104.95 and use data as much you want. No FUP apply for this

i think you are still confused. legacy data plan have no addon service, its a service only for DATA
and if you notice the tick for unlimited is been grayed out, you cant tick or untick

If you have anything other than this, its not legacy Unlimited Mobile, sorry to say that.
Im sure some of you who on legacy plan, have same as mine. keep in mind, dont change or downgrade / upgrade any shit, because you ant getting this plan back.

Nop, but worth check. i did upgrade mine from very old sim to new Micro sim.

If you can make and receive calls, this is not legacy data plan

this was the modem i used back in 2008, this plan you cant make calls and receive call. only data
if you can make calls with your sim and you called it unlimited data, forget about it, you are going to be capped in many way.

If you need to test if you are on legacy plan or not, just use the sim in mobile phone and try make call, if you can then you are not using LEGACY MAXIS DATA UNLIMITED PLAN, end story and if you are somehow using unlimited with no capped, you are just lucky and maxis can capped you anytime using FUP.

I lost mine, it would be nice if i still have it. Mine was Zebra design.

I think i can confirm this now, those on biz68 & biz99 will be capped at 7mbps speed after 30GB.
i tested with one of my friend mobile device, mine still go up to 20mbps while his test speed stuck at 6.99mbps to 7.25mbps and both of us used more than 30GB. i hope maxis does not expend this to legacy users.

Legacy maxis data plan you cant make or receive call, if you tried it will say "All incoming calls are barred"
Something like that, and Maxis cant restore voice on that account because its blocked. i ask Maxis many time if i can add option to make and receive call which will be jackpot to use with my smartphone.
