i saw in installer's vehicle.. only 1 orange box which is mine.. others is a new pink box..
nevermind.. so far it is working without any problem.. now waiting for 3rd decoder..
dont know the same orange box or new pink set..

Just rechecked with Astro CS...

- At this moment, new Astro multiroom customer will get the same decoder as mine.. Once the old decoder stock finish, it will be replace by Astro HD Zapper.
- All new astro customer will get new Astro HD Zapper (manufactured by Samsung)
- All new astro PVR customer will get Astro DMT 5 (manufactured by Samsung)

can we simply bring any decoder and ask the activation of NJOI ? I think it will refer back to the previous owner
If yes, u can have it. I dont have any plan to convert it into NJOI for my use

Hi everyone I think my stacker-destacker just died, no more red led light ON by the side of it. Called astro and they say no more stock for it but recommended to use SatCR. Whats the difference between Stacker-Destacker and SatCR ?

Both also run thru a single cable to the DVR. But based on the explanation on the phone it sounds like SatCR uses 1 LNB split between 2 tuners while Stacker-Destacker uses 2 LNB carried through a single co-axial and split at the PVR end. Any advantages or disadvantage of SatCR compared to Stacker-Destacker or they are just the same ?
