Heard the future access of alamdamai wil change like this in 2018. Hope zalam really can build the private access from alam damai, convenient for those come bk from alam damai direction n no need to pass by so many housings.

Not sure Zalam wil increase the price by this weekend upon annoucement of MRT line 2 ?

Yea, but within 1-2KM would be fine. I dont like it to be too near or too far from CT.
As I've seen the routh on lowyat forum, it should passby the alam damai/damai perdana/serdang area.

Hope it wont makes that area looks more ugly.....

"It was reported the government approved MRT lines Two and Three. Tenders for MRT Two, estimated at over RM25bil, could be called as early as next year.

MRT Line 2 = AlamDamai/DamaiPerdana/Serdang etc.
