Yea it could be an option/package of interior &installation for owners. Save money n time for us to find suitable ID.
If not mistaken, SDB do offers the similar package too.

Damansara Foresta, almost wanted to book but I was told that there would be total 8 blocks in total, just that they are building block by block and not in one go. Serigin Residence is also really really nice, but it does not have forest view or greenery view, anyway I was too late to know - it was totally sold out.

I thought of Casa Tropicana, nice golf field view! But it's leasehold, somemore RM600K per unit + necessary stamp duty and tax + renovation, more than enough for me to buy a new unit or landed.

Not sure any new development around WOTP, but that site is a very big land.
Foresta yea initially though only few blocks, didn;t expect so high density. Not interested as I don't like Damansara/PJ for ownstay. damn jam. But investment is good.
Seringin, if not mistaken all layout are big in size. not cheap though, guess more expensive than both Foresta & WOTP.

WOTP: I mentioned that. if not mistaken WOTP just 430-450psf only, after 10k rebates and plus up to 1k-50k lucky draw. As i remember it's cheaper than my dreamcity in psf but larger in size. Very a good deal I would say. but that time the heart still with the Front lake Dreamcity, and dislike WOTP unit facing another block.

Honestly, WOTP not as expensive as other thinks, Just their layout size are all big (very ideal for family), large size X 420psf = 700k above.
916sf a nono for me, medium cost.

a well known developer once did it previously.
offering customisation of the following:

coordination becomes so much more difficult and possibility of errors increase.

but in the end, i think most customers were very satisfied with the product.

now i don't think the same developer offer such customisation anymore. kekeke.

Just read alots silly posts shootin CT from Vina thread.
Lazy to layan them since they love their purchase so much.
Their location, access, surrounding, resort"less" feel r the cons too n never accept it but just know how to criticise other ppl prop. Pathetic.
As I know C180 has a bad workmanship by mitraland, I always lunch and have haircut there. Asked friend not to buy the residence even it's cheap in psf. Just not "wong"
