Hopefully no highrise development at our North & south view la, otherwise straight say ByeBye to CT.
So we have study more future development ard CT before we sign S&P.

According to the map Tmn Gayana is indeed very close to CT...and the bare land is even closer to CT. Hopefully Mahajaya is not planning to build a high rise right next to CT. Hmmm

Just google, i think North Block B1 view wil be affected. Block A stil can see the tiny klcity/forest reserve...

South view of Block A2/B2 also worried about the abandoned houses n land infront..

Gayana is the Taman Name. A new service apartment by Mahajaya.
Other land are all new Landed houses by Mahajaya too. at the back of CT (North)

Taman Gayana is at south of CT, not North. If it is a high rise serviced condo, A2 facing south and B2 facing south will be affected. Try to study the map clearly.

P.s.:
A1 and B1 facing north = facing reserved forest, KL view
A1 and B2 facing south = facing swimming pool

Mr Google only can show me Taman Damai Gayana, not sure issit this location.

There's only Taman Juara infront of South CT. No other taman infront thou. Only the old shoplot infront.

Even there's a high rise at south. B2 wil be affected.
A2 is 10floors higher. Plus im at midfloor. So ard 30th floor..
Wont be blocked gua.

1. i never heard that mahajaya going to built anything highrise at north of Cloudtree. at least not in the plan.
2. mahajaya did plan to built a mid cost apartment, 100 units, along jalan alam damai. they plan it since many years ago.
3. no further info.


please dont always count on "heard from someone that heard from someone". instead, why now just dial 90513333 mahajaya and ask for it?

Just confirmed by Mahajaya Sales Manager its not in Gayana but near the main road going to the Mines. Built up about 1,200 sq ft upward.
