According to the map Tmn Gayana is indeed very close to CT...and the bare land is even closer to CT. Hopefully Mahajaya is not planning to build a high rise right next to CT. Hmmm

Just confirmed by Mahajaya Sales Manager its not in Gayana but near the main road going to the Mines. Built up about 1,200 sq ft upward.

Anyway, i've been to the Mahajaya sales office last week and had a look at the masterplan for the area. The Mahajaya new condo location is beside Persiaran Alam Damai and next to the water tank.

I think you are right. Its beside the road to the proposed temple site. The land is cleared.

SA did not know how high, or maybe she doesn't wanna divulge too much info before launching.

this reminds me of something similar happened recently at the car park of my apartment in cheras.

coincidentally, the apartment is also built by zalam, although they are not the developer. rclxub.gif

i passed by angkupuri when i visited the uem sunrise gallery 2 days ago. i must agree that it is still very well maintained. thumbup.gif

anyways, attached herewith are some photos of the cheras apartment built by zalam. as you can clearly see, there are watermarks on the ceiling and cracks do appear on the side of the building. btw, the building is barely 4 years old. yes, leakage and cracks are not uncommon but the leakage is also happening at 1 sentul therefore it is a cause for concern. i am hoping the developer will take note and make improvements in these area.

p/s - i am not bashing zalam here, as i too, are vested in CT. tongue.gif

well, no building is totally flawless...but thankfully there are no major defects here...overall workmanship quality is still acceptable..

since someone highlighted the 1sentul car park leakage issue, i'm also raising the leakage issue here in the hope that zalam will pay more attention in this aspect for CT..

so, i think i will still stick to CT as of now...
