Agents only marketin project for more sales n commission, but we as buyer should see if thr project worth for investment or ownstay? If CT is good, just book 3k only to secure ur unit regardless the sales status until official llaunch then u wil know everything.

It's probably work for residential unit. At night try to look at the condo along that road. Like east lake condo n few others. More than 60-70% lights on at night. Should be no problem for investment too. Just doubt than the mall below and office lot can do it or not...
