Visited the scale model this afternoon, quite impressive. However, how come A1 and A2 don't have BBQ corner?

By the way, I understand the exclusivity of A1 and A2, just that I find majority of the amenities are only available at B1, B2 and for A1 and A2 to access to these amenities, they will need to take 5 minutes walk and if it rains, go to B1 and B2 by car, just for the facilities.
Should there be an easy access for A1 and A2 owners to access to the rest of the amenities? A bridge that link-up from A condos to B condos? |

QUOTE(Kvsual @ Sep 16 2013, 10:25 PM) Yea, thought of this concern too last time, Block C has a bridge for residents to walk to Block A for facilities. Yet Block A has nth to cover durin rainy days (quite a long distance walk down the hill.... dangerous especially rainy days during night time. Yes, I didn't notice this concern before because when I did the booking, the scale model was small, but now when I looked at the big scale model, it doesn't seem so "convenient" and "accessible" for A condos walk down to B condos, just for the facilities.troublesome to drive to Block B just for facilities right? and wil it be any additional carpark in Block B for us le? |

QUOTE(chulk @ Sep 16 2013, 10:32 PM) the distance between block A and club house is about 150 meters. What if it rains? Would covered and sheltered walkway be more convenient?according to normal people walking speed, it takes about 90 sec. Should A condos have BBQ area too? I can't imagine how to carry so many things to the other end of B condos. |

Additional thought after the review:
Let say I want to go to the meeting room at B condo, I need to carry the files there? Let say I want to go to BBQ area at B condos, I need to carry few containers with chicken wings, bottles of soft drinks, and forks and spoons and tools and walk down to the BBQ area? What if it rains? What if I want to take something from A condo in the middle of BBQ session? Doesn't make sense to me. From A condos to B condos, take only 9 seconds? A condo owners will need to pass by the Villas, no? |

QUOTE(Kvsual @ Sep 16 2013, 11:05 PM) Yea noticed that, same goes to Block B also has a podium.. haha I also suggest, the BBQ corner of B condos should be away from B1 (if I'm not mistaken), the BBQ should be located at the other end, so that the low floor units of B1 wouldn't be smelling the smoke and haze from the BBQ.As suggested by Debbies, BBQ area needed and quite common in condo/apartment. maybe zalam can take into consideration.. skygarden got a small space for BBQ? |

Ah Chulk, would you consider to build a access bridge from A1&A2 to B condos? Just like there is a link-up bridge from The Gardens Mall to Mid Valley City Megamall.
I'm serious. |

QUOTE(Ultraman007 @ Sep 17 2013, 01:25 PM) Build access bridge ? What about maintenance ? I am not willing to spend more money on maintenance fee. 90 second walking distance is alright....we have walkway by the roadside. Maybe just consider a roofing walkway would be good enough. I would rather walk from Block A to Block B while enjoying the green. U can do that of course, but it will not be sustainable in long run. I work in Mid Valley, I know the hassle to cross over from The Gardens Mall to Mid Valley City Megamall. It is not about the distance that count, but in the long run, we all want to easily cross over through the access bridge, be it under hot sun or rainy days. Distance from The Gardens Mall to zmid Valley City Megamall is even shorter comparing with condo A1 A2 and b1 B2, but people here have a choice to either go by walk unsheltered under hot sun or heavy rain, or walk across using the bridge. It is just a simple bridge without elevator required, just to provide easy access to condo A owners. |

QUOTE(Ultraman007 @ Sep 17 2013, 01:38 PM) If i am not mistaken, there are townhouses in between Block A and Block B. If i am the owner of townhouse, i do not wish to have a bridge over my head lo.... No, not suggesting to build a bridge over the townhouses; just bridge can be done on either end of the townhouses.p.s: how much did u buy the townhouse? |

QUOTE(feizaiII @ Sep 17 2013, 01:50 PM) Bridge is too over lah.. a covered walkway is ok.. but had to build nicely lor, dont downgrade the overall.. Am good for covered walkway too...but better it is fully covered and not like the walkway from my office building to The Gardens Mall - covered walkway, but the rain still can make ur pants and dress wet when u walk through it. |
