U mobile user when you open the wifi and data,you will use wifi to surf net.
But when you walk out from the wifi coverage or off the wifi,the data will take place.
I face the problem is data take place with full of line,but can't surf the net.Need to off the data and open again then only can surf.
Anyone face this ?

Called to Digi, CS said the same error. Application must submitted in 1 form if owners have 2 line (principle & supplementary line). Argue with CS and said this is my 3rd time and pretty sure im doing the right way. All was in 1 form.

Today, get the dealer to help  me to resubmit again. Hopefully finger cross able to port in Umobile. I had no problem port from Maxis to Celcom, Celcom to Digi but got problem from Digi to Umobile. All my payment are done by auto debit and no blacklisted at all. I cannot think of any reason why have this kind of error except Digi dowan to release my number to Umobile. I think a lot of others telco MNP try to port in to Umobile that's why they're using this kind of strategy.

End up if we fed up, and we will give up to port out. Then telco will win in this case. Just my guessing only. Will update again my port in status.

call 1318 ask the person help you opt for email to receive the bills,then you will save RM3
Note:this only apply after two month mean you still need pay RM3 for the October bills if you can cancel now.

For me,coverage is quite important.U mobile speed is good if got coverage.
But the speed become slow compare when I first month use it.
And a lot of place didn't lte.3G full bar also cant connect internet.

I think digi got good coverage compare to umobile.Although maybe the speed will slow than umobile.

For me, why I need data,because I want use the phone to connect internet when I outside.
So the coverage and speed both quite important.
