Why Dead Island GOTY suppose include Dead Island Bloodbath Arena DLC but just now after I activate the key, I found out in steam, it still show that I can purchase that dlc rather than "play" it as other dlc for dead island.

it has always been pay what you want. you can get the drm-free games for $0.01 but minimum is always $1 for steam keys.
having said that. this bundle doesn't seem to have drm free. hmm |
