Hi Donnos

Do you still charge RM200 to replace cracked glass for Samsung Note 2?

Need your advise, you think it's wise not to send to Samsung for repair since it's a new phone. Well you know, warranty issues. Not sure if Note 2 breaks down frequently.

Duration of Warranty left : Brand New !! sad.gif( only 2 weeks old
Bought from where : Harvey Norman
Colour : White
Location : Mont Kiara / Shah Alam
Picture : can be enclosed later when I get another phone to snap photo. Cracked is on top right.

Thanks sad.gif feeling very very painful.

Hi aivee

I'm sorry for ur lost.. but since it's brand new I guess it's much better to send it back to Samsung to retain the warranty.. I believe it cost rm650 to replace at Samsung sc.

As for reliability of the note 2.. I dun think there is any issue for it.. I've had ppl dropped their phones.. then stepped on then after that drop into the sea and still works haha..

As for the price I'm charging rm270 currently to replace the glass.. I can't decide for u what to do.. but if you still want to have me change the glass.. drop me a mag smile.gif

What do you mean you glue the lcd to the glass and not gluing it ?

basically u glue it till it will become like a factory screen or you will just use adhesive tape to tape around the edges and when u press hard u will have a pressure mark ? and if u glue u use LOCA or OCA
