QUOTE(hahaha1989 @ Feb 15 2015, 09:47 AM) agreed bro. even without r3 spring also im afraid to park at underground/elevated carpark. have to park in the sun and walk far. park underground/elevated always scrape here and there QUOTE(carrera_gt @ Feb 15 2015, 01:07 PM) Kena remove R3 splitter ni.. Get adjustables and reverse rake it. If I'm not mistaken Neos are naturally front raked and thus scrape a lot. I lowered my rear by a shit load and now it doesn't scrape at all.

QUOTE(voscar @ Feb 16 2015, 11:05 PM) how much wor? rm280 or rm580? used to think of this size before for my gen2, but cannot find it, also the ride on current 195/55/r15 seems harsh already, can't imagine with 205/50/r15 will i jump to roof when going through potholes. Kumho KU36 is only 230+ per pc So if you're getting like CC5s they should be quite cheap tbh. QUOTE(afiqms @ Feb 16 2015, 11:27 PM) It is just RM40 more expensive than Toyo T1R 205/50/R16 For Gen.2, I am using Michelin XM2 195/60/R15 with R3 springs~ more comfort n I lost a bit on the handling but it is a worthy trade off~ eg. Previously I can clear a corner at 90km/h (195/50/R15) but with new size (195/60/R15), I only dare 80km/h on the same corner~ I'm running AR Coilovers (6k front, 4K back) with self diy setup with KU36 and honestly I can corner like a madman.

QUOTE(T0pk3k @ Feb 17 2015, 02:47 PM) thanks for the feedback guys, lucky i didnt buy ecu from mudah, the seller say the ecu plug n play....haizzz Same thing if you get brand new ECU. You would still need to do your immobilizer. The ECU IS plug n play. You don't need to rewire anything. It's just that you immobilizer won't work so the car won't start.

QUOTE(Max @ Feb 24 2015, 02:55 PM) its quite difficult to dismantle the headlamp. especially to remove the headlamp from car. have to remove the bumper 1st. thats y most shops only sell without install. QUOTE(greensoap @ Feb 24 2015, 03:43 PM) Update when you're gonna start yeah!! . Btw, which area are you guys from? Since studying, sunway area? ^ It is very very tedious. Make sure you have a partner to help you if u insist on DIY. Changed my pair of headlights and it took hours with help. Really? Yeah there were bolts and I had to remove the bumper before removing the headlights but I thought it was fairly simple. I'm currently differed for a semester at Inti. I hang out around ss15 and PJ/Ldp area.

QUOTE(greensoap @ Feb 24 2015, 05:32 PM) Yeah man... Makes me appreciate my new headlights even more. Hmm.. Did you take out the rubber cover thingy in front of the front tires? That part took the longest for me lol.... I see I see.. Will give you a friendly honk when I see you around You don't have to fully take them out, no? I just removed the bolts connecting that to the bumper and it was all good. Have to remember to screw it back though... Sure! If you see a denskiro logo and a TLKG logo at the back, it's me.

QUOTE(Max @ Feb 26 2015, 12:26 PM) removing bumper is the difficult part.. screw and those plastic clip.. if u r on std non cps bumper easier, coz plastic/PU bumper. CPS bumper made from fiber.. so its quite hard to maneuver the side part at the fender.. some more with R3 lips.. bottom already got 6-8 screw.. ahhaaha. Yeah that must be it. Mine's the standard non cps

QUOTE(jiejong @ Mar 1 2015, 01:03 PM) hi, i would like to get opinion from you guys for this matter that i have been thinking quite a lot. which is more worth it. should i tune slightly on my honda city 08 as i know its quite pricey and not so preferable to touch much internal part. or sell that to get a second hand neo cps and play as much i can. cause i really love neo cps. worries is i feel like im trading comfort and convenient with look and feel or sporty. dilemma so much on this why are you willing to trade a city for a neo? What's attracting you with the neo?

QUOTE(greensoap @ Mar 1 2015, 05:06 PM) ^ .. What are you expecting out of a neo? Play as in? IMHO, I see no point spending a huge sum on this car unless you want to throw the engine away and swap it with another... tsktsk campros can be pretty crazy as well just gotta have a deep pocket. a very very deep pocket.
