last weekend mod.
since neo doesn't have auto brake lock and unlock button.. quite difficult for passenger to pull/push driver's central lock.
i reuse mitsu flip side mirror switch, replacing the original side mirror switch.
the 'flip' switch rewired to central lock module. negative trigger lock/unlock.
finding the cable connector for central lock.

1 pair cable pull thru center gear lever console. (1lock, 1 unlock)

almost identical twins.. even the connector arrangement the same..

even same PCB design. oem also have the flip contact point. minus the flip switch.
plus already got orange LED. in stock the LED light not connected to any cable.
(mitsu using bulb, i already solder LED)
oem stock proton using metal/copper contact point on the switch side.
mitsu still using carbon contact.
in the end, i just transfer the oem stock proton PCB into mitsu 'flip casing'.
left mitsu. right proton
top mitsu. bottom proton

now its easier to lock unlock the door knob..

**the side mirror switch i have to 'switch' the +ve & -ve supply.
at the PCB, the flip switch using +ve common. since the door lock unlock module using -ve trigger, this has to be done.
the supply is also constant ON. the mirror can be adjust if no key. so LED light cannot tap at the switch supply.
LED light supply taken from power window switch (key ON supply)
the mirror adjustment also operate in 'reverse' direction after +ve & -ve supply has been 'switch'.
UP move mirror down and vice versa.
LEFT move mirror right and vice versa.
no biggies coz seldom use the mirror adjustment.
