Should we play 3-5-2 with 3 center back, 2 wing back ?

We have always used wingers but the fact is your current selection are either not very good-Young & Valencia, not ready yet-Zaha, or wildly inconsistent and a bit of a tool-Nani. We not currently got Kanchelskis / Giggs / Beckham / Ronaldo (Obviously we still have Giggs, but he's not a winger anymore). So, problem of sub-standard wingers.

Raphael and Evra, both cracking players but who are great going forwards. Being wing-backs gives them more freedom to attack with extra defensive cover behind. Understudies could be Valencia (good at running up and down the right touchline lots) and Buttner (best have as many defenders between him and your own goal as possible). Sorted

We have 5 center back that can be used anytime (unless they get injured at same time Vidic, Ferdinand, Evans, Jones, Smalling (sorted by who i think better)

You will still need to sign a central midfielder, but I challenge you to find any formation which will work with only 1 good player in the middle (Carrick). Just buy Fellaini/Khederia and put us out of our misery.

Ok Moyes/United fans/MUFC in general, time's up. I've waited for you to figure this out for yourselves but you haven't, so I'll solve your problems for you. Here it is...get ready... 3-5-2! That's right, that fancy foreign formation. Why? Well, let me explain:

Up-front RVP and Rooney both able to play in their favoured 'out and out striker' roles AND Kagawa behind them in the 'number 10' role everyone is so keen to see him in. Sorted.

Centre backs can be any from the large selection of good but regularly injured selection and Utd. If Jones is in then he can step up into midfield to help out and do his funny faces there. Sorted

Anyway, that's my plan. Bearing in mind the fact that Moyes definitely won't use this formation, I can confidently say that if Man Utd employ these ideas they will win the Premier League, Champions League and WC2014.

P.S. Last season's Premier League champions changing to an unfamiliar three at the back system? What could possibly go wrong?

Considering those single digits before the previous seasons, yes? Give credits to the 14 assists, still pretty average to me. Even Luis Suarez scored more goals and more assists than Bale this season and he is worth double Suarez's value? Nah. The extra bonus for Bale is that he is a freekick specialis
Anyway, I find it weird for Arsenal to target Suarez this season. Unless they are willing to sacrifice Suarez for the first 8 games of the season, which will be very important for them. A risk worth taking?

And besides, look at modric. forced way out of tott, now he's not heard any more. =P well, not that much. if that happens to bale, it's gonna be a hellufa expensive bench warmer soon ;p
