so i went to time square service centre, and requestes for another one to one exchange since the new replacement unit they gave me are also full of problems..at first the staff rejected, said i bought for more than 2 weeks ady..i insisted to talk to their supervisor and in the end he accepted my request..BUT they say the don't have stock, even brightstar doesn't have stock..they have to wait for the stocks from Taiwan to arrive..so i gave them my unit, and patiently waiting for the stock to arrive..hope i can finally get a flawless unit..
