If you don't mind just factory reset it first. If still not working then bring to repair. Make sure backup everything first.
If wait next update dunno how long

i just called the htc call centre and they said that they already have my replacement unit ready(i just send yesterday today ady can get replacement)..that was fast..so i called them again bcuz the previous staff doesnt sound very sure about that and the other staff said that my unit is already in stock but not yet send to front desk..still have to wait for their call, so maybe 2moro ady can get..quite impressed if i can get my replacement unit 2moro ..cause previously they said will take one week

thanks man..it's really nice to see them finally speed up their service..or maybe i was just lucky that they have stocks available lol

battery is actually not bad for this phone..can get through full day with moderate use..but i feel that it depends on what phone u were previously using..if u're coming from a note 2 u will feel that battery is a lot worst, but if ur previous phone have really bad battery life(like me), u'll have no problem with the battery life

now still using note 1.. when did this phone launch? sorry didn't follow any update on HTC.. previously Samsung fanboi.

sunny93 batt life is great for me, light-mid user. If u heavy gaming then idk la. But i can survive whole day without recharging.

i also have the purple color issued and i unlocked and rooted with custom rom.

Do you guys think i should get to Senq or HTC service center for the problem ? Previously i unlocked my device using HTC.com and i heard that HTC will know my phone was unlocked even though i s-on it.

any suggestion ?
