the whole big chunk of land is all under Gov and probably LTAT...so they can do anything to it haha

anyway one cochrane have been delayed launching for quite sometime already, their design already finalized long time ago but i guess market is still not ready to accept it...

If I am considering buying One Cochrane, I would consider this as a serious downside. -RM100psf to -rm200 psf have to be factored into the calculations.

Wowww 1000psf..same price with datum jelatek but better in location near to shopping malls sumore.when they going to open for registration?? Anyone knows...

not much details i get from management
but maybe a ~5% -8 discount under lucky balloting draw .
anyway there no badminton court but they seem to have a multi purpose hall
i can propose them to build the hall higher *approx 10m (30ft) or more )
so i can get (donate) the badminton mat
