looks like they r certainly waiting for ikea to already start operations n the ramp from mex to complete, only will launch to max the price I guess... sigh.. but really, the facade is non iconic nor impressive for the price range they r targeting. if it's priced lower, then okla for the unimaginative design facade..

IKEA will be opening this year 2015 before chrismas,..definitely after it..sure hit 1k+ per sqft...

Smaller unit areas range between 950sf and 1,200sf whilst the bigger units vary from 1,400sf to 1,700sf.

Selling price psf will be finalised after the announcement of the National Budget 2016. Tentatively we are looking at RM1,000 psf.

this ikea here already can see d blue cladding from bulatan kg pandan.. before dec 2015 as initially planned is very likely.. I am more confident with mytownz mall compared to velocity but i believe this area will do well..

now this apartment here is directly facing a PPR n facade also lousy, so they still have a few months to change d design..

i doubt any room to grow in term of pricing...after so many infra/mall existence..pricing already priced in...really need to look for extra factors which can boost the price any more...
sure the per sqft hit 1200+...easily 1mil per unit, can this read sustain with that rate of high rental of 3-4k per month..?
