Think about this, ur monitor is refreshing 60hz suddenly it refresh 20 hz. Its like changing ur CRT monitor from 100hz to 60hz.

It is the reason why we have movies/TV running at constant 24/30/60fps.

i tried plugging my GTX780ti . The screen display is just black and unable to load BIOS and windows.  What's the problem ? I already made sure the card slotted in perfectly and enable the PCIgen3. Anyone can help?

GeForce GTX 780 Ti - On your average system the card requires you to have a 550 Watt power supply unit.
I guess it's not the power supply problem .

They've been using the PCB for 780 instead of 780Ti, that's when things started to get scorching hot. They've already announced the suspension and recall.
290X will be sizzling hot on the reference cooler, but up to date I haven't seen any burnt 290X like what happened to the 780Ti. 

well, that won't be much issue for most enthusiasts out there as they will pretty much WC this card.
The 780Ti tragedy... really burned the green camp a lot, right after the 320.18 WHQL which killed a lot of cards back then.
Nvidia really needs to start doing something different and better, or else... 

After running both Gtx 770's on 2 way SLi, Might as well i jst stick with a single Gpu 780Ti / 780 .On some games i see improvement on SLi mode & not so much on other games.
