hey guys, i wanna ask that i received a free DeathAdder while purchasing an Alienware through dell online and the thing is, the mouse is not working on the day i received and i called dell they said they're not in charge of the warranty as its from the 3rd party which they are in charge of Razer warranty.

They asked me to contact Razer Support and i did and Razer asked me to go a reseller shop and from the Map provided, I saw MCS Guru Tech in MV is an authorized Razer reseller so is it possible to send it through there? Has anyone been through this?

thats pretty stupid of dell, since they provided the free mouse, they should help handle warranty also on behalf of any 3rd party.

Well from the Razer website, it shows the MCS Guru Tech but I went MV couldn't find so maybe ill just try to call them today.

Exactly I actually contacted the agent that followed up my purchase but he did ask me to direct this issue to their technical department and I did but they gave me razer support website which they will help with my issue but ended up to no avail but to ask resellers here. Haih somemore all the stores around only accept if only I purchased the product from them.

Guess ill just try to contact through the number they provided.

well actually i nvr tried the mouses. i have a fren who has taipan he saw was awesome till he upgrade to razer mouse that looks like transformers. LOL! cant remmeber the name. DA so far im not sure.

deathadder transformer version maybe? I have fallen in love with taipan for quite sometimes but it stop after i tried my hands on taipan. Deathadder is awesome

wtf, I got 2 DA 3500dpi version, nvr fail yet after 3 years +, youre so sad man.

yeah..

1st, razer synapse kill my DA 3500dpi (bought used from here)
2nd, left click malfuntion on my DA 3500dpi (bought used from here)

3rd, my DA 2013 6400dpi scroll wheel suddenly loose and malfunction.. i open DA and crap, sometg connect with the scroll wheel broken already (bougt new!! )

plus.. all of this never fall on the floor... so sad.. i guess my luck not on DA lol
