hey guys, i wanna ask that i received a free DeathAdder while purchasing an Alienware through dell online and the thing is, the mouse is not working on the day i received and i called dell they said they're not in charge of the warranty as its from the 3rd party which they are in charge of Razer warranty.
They asked me to contact Razer Support and i did and Razer asked me to go a reseller shop and from the Map provided, I saw MCS Guru Tech in MV is an authorized Razer reseller so is it possible to send it through there? Has anyone been through this?

Haih somemore all the stores around only accept if only I purchased the product from them. Guess ill just try to contact through the number they provided.
