well i bought taipan for a reason, cos its like the successor of the copperhead which i liked.
if you got smaller hands, then taipan should be ok.

taipan more comfortable, but like i said i rather use DA BE since i can use standalone drivers.

nah, never tried it as it doesnt interest me.
pretty happy with my current setup, tho i still have to find a new headset cos the leatherette on mine has been peeling for ages...everytime take off got black leatherette drop off and stick to my ear...zzz.

if i'm going to choose a razer headset now, it'll be the tiamat  2.2 cos the specs say this - Replaceable soft-touch leatherette ear cushions.
those 2 u mention doesnt say can be replaced.
of cos the stupid part so far is that razer doesnt yet sell the replaceable ear cushions for it...

The ear cushion is still working fine for me so I wouldn't know. Probably will change before the problem comes up. Any headset you have in mind?
