should ask this woman to repeat this part here:

"...it cost a lot of money to invest in prop, so people like to feel good when they buy it... therefore, it must feel good, it must feel right, people around me must love the prop..."

i bet all the buyers coming here in lyn are doing exactly here - lyn readers must love my prop. if not it's war. laugh.gif tongue.gif

it's also true that nothing "disastrous" has happened so far that we know of.

i remember one guru in one video "predicted" it'll be clear by oct 2013, so we'll see...

The more liquid the asset the faster the impact can be felt... it takes minutes to sell-off shares, convert currencies and close accounts.... but it may take months to sell off a property so its very natural that impact on property will be lagging/ delayed...
*
ya, will take a while to work through to illiquid assets like props.

i think the 1st signs will be small developers abandoning projects or some vested ngos screaming n demanding they get bailout.

i got 2 sms this morning - "2% discount", "3% discount-dibs-grr"... errrr.....! tongue.gif
