It's a grand company currency use to exchange items.
Unlike Gil, You can only obtain seals via Grand Company Quest and other related grand company activities.

sad. i so regret sold my all spirit bond eq to npc.....now i know how materia came from
the higher the EQ/stats = the better the materia class is?

Few more question:-

1. Any storage system in the game? My inventory almost full with crafting material
2. How to material a spirit bond item?

The type of materia depends on the type of gear you "materia" it.
Different gear gives different types of materia, for eg: headgear give a few types, gloves gives a few type.

The level of the materia eg: Materia I, Materia II, Materia III, Materia IV, depends on the level of equipment.

High Level gear gives a chance to get high level Materia.
While low Level gear Does not give high level materia.

1.retainer give alot of storage space.
2.need to do quest to unlock meld skill, then can meld equipment that 100% spiritbond

There are few methods to store items.

1. Armoury, accessible from the buttons beside your character info.
You can store all you equipments in your armoury.
There is a chest logo located at the bottom right. You can store like 100 equips there.

2.Alternatively, you can hire 2 retainers, both retainers work as storage and also as your slave to sell items in the market. both can store up too 100 items each.
If you follow the quest, there is a quest where they request you to speak with several vendors. One of them will teach you how to hire a retainer.

3. In the inn. you can store Unique items or special event items.\

For materia a gear, I haven't try it yet. but I believe you have to complete quest first.

thxs for clarifying on the 2nd part which means what i thought is correct.
what you guys do with the unique/untradeable eq?

So many open Hari Raya open house. Just got time to play with Arcanist today at 2pm. so many things to do before first fight, getting stuffs from calamity salvage and rearrange overflow gears and etc .. it was fun till 5pm..

maybe we should try list out all the useful guide at first page. easy for all the player.
