MY JH constantly can reach 500km or more. One of the reasons we buy hybrid is for the FC, otherwise we would have chosen so many other sedan/hatchback cars within the same price range like City, Forte, Fiesta, Vios etc. The key to better FC is always:
1. Your driving style
2. Road traffic conditions

Use Fuelly to track your FC like how me and GID is doing.

I am talking about RM50, not full tank... If RM50 can constantly get more than 500km, then I think my JH got some prob d...

Can la .. those test 20km/l.. they got show you traffic jam or not.
look at my fuelly.com record..

I drive with real malaysian road,
Jam almost every day,
Tyre width incresed from 165 to 205

still can get 18km/l AVERAGE calculate from buy car
per tank got before >20km/l ..
and i know mine is not the best yet.. i drive like cow.

Hi gid, what is your experience after increasing your tyre from 165 to 205? In term of stability / handling and also fuel consumption.
I find that 165 is small...

165 to 205 ...

Pro
Stability - a lot nicer
Fast Cornering - Super nice, no sound at all
Looks a lot better from the back (no more chopstick leg look)
Safer more control.

Cons
FC .. full tank drop 40 ~ 50 km (I chosen a sticky tyre)
Lowered - must be careful when select rim offset (avoid touching fender)
Price higher - 30%

Summary
No regret at all .. icon_rolleyes.gif

Just asking, if we change the tyre out of the orignal spec like u, will it void the warranty?

Depending on your service center.
No formal black and white so far..

If worry keep your original rim, change back when complain/claim. tongue.gif
If confirm warranty void, safe money, no need follow their schedule and don't send back to honda for service smile.gif

I noticed driving on long distance, FC is very good.
But the last 1 clocked in for city drive, 7.2 l/100km or 14km/l, is it normal? seems very high FC
By the way, just serviced for 1k

Ya, I am surprised too. Driving normally and didnt accelerate / brake suddenly.
Read in the past posts, FC will improve after 2nd or 3rd service, it means after 5k?
