Asking on behalf ...

Anyone Jazz Hybrid has jerking problem when light-foot on the accelerator, cruising at 20-50km/h (heavy traffic cruising) ? hmm.gif

Honda service claim is petrol problem and ask to switch brand/RON/station confused.gif After tried various RON95/97, brands and different stations, still same jerking.

My Jazz Hybrid 2012 is in the list, but haven't heard anything from Honda yet.

I too didn't get the notice. Maybe CBU models are not effected?

Or we should start wearing heavy shield armor... sweat.gif

Anyway I disabled the passenger air bag as my wife is expecting.

I got my airbag changed yesterday near Jaya One.
For Jazz Hyrbid CBU model, only the driver seat Airbag required to be change. The other 5 airbags are not affected. I went there very early with appointment so got it done about 30 minutes.
Staff there was polite and nice. If your model and manufactured date is affected then it's best to change it ASAP and it's free.

All you need to do is call the hotline and give your car no. plate. They will then confirm if your car is affected.
