If you don't do Honda service then the hybrid battery's warranty is no more. The only thing I know they do for the battery is by recharging it to full. I used to do that once every month.

To recharge to full, put gear in N or P and keep pressing the rpm slightly above 3k.

Yes I'm afraid so. I'm taking the risk by not going there. I had to wait long (service hour) and my car mileage is extremely low. Not forgetting expensive and very doubtful if they really change what they say.

Plenty of better options out there:

Pennzoil Ultra Platinum with PurePlus Technology 5W-20 Full Synthetic Oil - RM190/5-quarts
Mobil1 Advanced Fuel Economy 0W-30 Full Synthetic Oil - RM42/quart, 4 quarts required.
Mobil1 Extended Performance 5W-30 Full Synthetic Oil - RM42/quart, 4 quarts required.

Just standard wrench will do. You can push the brake caliper with any sturdy material (piece of wood will do)... it just take longer and do it slow and steady. Nothing fancy. thumbup.gif

I've done that with my cars (Odyssey, Toyota, etc) a few times.
