wow.... the new phase launches of KWRC... three levels fully booked already after only launched for two weeks.... wonder what makes the investors so confidence on this project.....

price point attractive?

the price point from 238k to 570k..... for low density luxury apartment... seems similar to KL price right? any investors here already vested in this?

wah Kuantan apartment project also can attract people.

does it come with GRR?
if they launch like PJD come with GRR, mayb got ppl buy for investment

the previous phase come with GRR for 10 years... this new launch doesnt come with GRR.... more rely on the potential of the kuantan area... due to the factory building agreement with China....

I'm quite familiar of ktn, wonder who will be the future tenant there?

yes... they got plenty of choices to stay on landed cheaply somemore... why buy a condo... unless u super like seaview hahahah then no choice...

bauxite and lynas.... 40km from kuantan town.... inside deep jungle.... oni orang asli kena affected.... and now got ban liao ma.... not really main issue i guess...

The prices of landed there depends on which area. DSL got cheaper 200-300k at farer place from the town and have expensive G&G landed semi-d cost for a mil or above. The more expensive area are include Pelindung, Tok Sira, Alor Akar (ktn garden), Air Putih area as I know. I own one brand new at one of the above mentioned area 4 years back.

a kuantan friend build a new bungalow for sale 600k, after 3 years still none buying.

but i have to admit it's locate beside a busy main road.

in your opinion, do you think the kuantan seaside worth that kind of price for low density luxury service residence? 230k++ for 450 sq ft, 520k++ for 850 sq ft semi furnish......

tanjung lumpur is across kuantan river (opposite of town) which contribute to lower price.
