wow.... the new phase launches of KWRC... three levels fully booked already after only launched for two weeks.... wonder what makes the investors so confidence on this project.....

wah Kuantan apartment project also can attract people. I'm guessing most are from outside Pahang

a kuantan friend build a new bungalow for sale 600k, after 3 years still none buying.
but i have to admit it's locate beside a busy main road.
