wow... so this thread do exist..... by the way... anyone look at their latest planning and developments? seems very promising xia this project.... new township.... with the new travel route for China's import shipment... Kuantan port seems to have more potential for development in term of seafront project..... hmm.gif hmm.gif the first phase launching seems like doing quite well.... my fren said around 70% booked for that phase....

considering the potential for development.... those who go in at low price... have a potential to succeed... yea... based on current situation without looking into the future... kuantan indeed is not doing well for investment... of cuz there are risk in relying on future as well...

wow.... the new phase launches of KWRC... three levels fully booked already after only launched for two weeks.... wonder what makes the investors so confidence on this project.....

the previous phase come with GRR for 10 years... this new launch doesnt come with GRR.... more rely on the potential of the kuantan area... due to the factory building agreement with China....

bauxite and lynas.... 40km from kuantan town.... inside deep jungle.... oni orang asli kena affected.... and now got ban liao ma.... not really main issue i guess... hmm.gif hmm.gif

i look at the map... seems like a small cut-off island from kuantan... i think i gt passby before.... wa... now used to develop luxury condo.... seems so drastic.... but would the china expat like it anot is another matter...

yeah... thats why most of the investors are from other states... mainly KL ppl... i think this KWRC will be more towards a new township rather than just a single residence building.... as i seen from their masterplan... the shopping mall will be completed before the residence were built... and there will be future semi D and bungalow phase in that masterplan.... high end or not, successful anot, we shall see i guess.... hmm.gif hmm.gif

if im not mistaken... seems like one of the subsi of binapuri berhad..... if is reli binapuri, then the track records should be there.... and yea... this kind of KL concept mall+service residence+township.... really the first for kuantan.... not really sure what the investors think bout this project when they bought it for investment....
