just check the masterplan, seem like the current launch will not be a good location.

the best part is the reclaim land service apartment with 500m (5-10minutes) walking distance to conversion center, hotel, central park, business hub, bus hub even the edu hub.

is there any new launching for KWRC? the current launching still at tanjung lumpur... left only city view units if not mistaken... the seaview all sold out already.... but its really close to the kuantan town compare to other similar projects...

too bad... i no quota to buy... you bought which block? only one block have GRR scheme... the other block dont have....

bro u noe about gambang resort, that water park? Kinda failure leh..
and I would considered myself as familiar with kuantan, the market is bad for few years.. sad.gif

the last few time i follow my fren to do some market research on our own... generally... weekend the hotels and homestays close to kuantan town... always fully booked... mainly due to the neighboring state need a place for entertainment... and kuantan is closest for them... generally a few homestay i saw thr charging rm200 per night... slightly outskirt... gambang location is a failure... it never an attraction to begin with... the gambang surrounding still so ulu... compare to this one... and the hottest part of kuantan...

just talked to agents, gonna update about GRR:

405 sqft = RM1500
860 sqft = RM2700

5+5 lease grr, first 5 years is compulsory and optional to renew another 5 yrs.

2 blocks, same layout. 1 for own use, another 1 for "lease grr".
own use is pricing cheaper due to SF.

one is fully furnished one is not... however the own stay block... agent personally offer fully furnished option... haha... but the offer should off the table soon...

block A means you bought the residential one... the GRR offer if not mistaken should be upon VP... the management company will give u a call on the GRR agreement...

I see, I din't receive any calls from them and I don't even have SPA copy which I signed in lawyer office.

Usually after signed the SPA, how long I will receive a copy?

if lucky maybe one or two months... if unlucky maybe longer... sometimes the stamping and the coordination with the bankers are the part that take very long time... you can constantly call your lawyer to follow up anyway...
