I just call the developer. They said this month they just start meeting with goverment state and estimate to settle in 3 month. They also said this also effect 169 other developers. So need to wait another 3 month to get s &p..

Apparently, the new MB makes thing complicated..
The story I heard from lawyer side, new MB don't want middle person to help him sign "whatsoever is that". Then all developer halt because new MB no time to sign blablabla.. Then a meeting conduct to tackle this issue. new MB want a new agreement/PA/?? Things still haven't settle until now.. SO.. what's your verdict regarding this?? Did the new MB want something from developer?? Berapa % ?? LOL.. |
