Update as of today.

My concern is regarding the 1st picture. B4 this i only see from shops n main road view. 1st time i took picture from that side view. The picture is taken at the low cost flat located beside this project. I was surprised as i entered the area, the flats location is very near to symphony building. I know b4 this the project is beside these flats, but didnt imagine it would be this close. Im talking about a stone throw distance here.

So today i spent a little time going through the project plans in snp. Inside it doesnt say if there would be any fence or wall deviding the 2 places. n security only states multi tier security, but doesnt specifically state what type of security.

N another thing. Y in snp plans dont show got shops at bottom? All parking till lvl 7, but in another page says parking till lvl 6. But no indication of shops

Yea you right, , I'm also quite concern abt the distance. Hopefully there will be mechanism to deter unwanted incident from happening

Last time I also got problem with snp, they didn't stated any sliding door for my unit. I straight away complain to developer. However, they reacted quite swiftly as the architect call me to adress the issue. Finally they come out new design and snp within 1 week.

Furthermore, they give me additional sliding door. So got 2 sliding doors. Complimentary I guessed

My friend just called developer & agent, house included with 2 sliding doors, draw at house plan but not stated in snp.

Anyone still not get the copy of SNP?

Yesterday I called the lawyer, they said my docs still in the MB's room, awaiting for Azmin to sign. Expected middle of December.

I got my copy 2-3 weeks after signing .

Already how long since u sign?

I am yet to receive my SNP copy as well. Same reason as stated. Lawyer said might take longer time than usual. I signed the SNP early November (on 2nd or 3rd if not mistaken).

Hopefully can get the copy by December.

I just sign s&p today but not state maintenance fee 0.22..ask developer and he inform that maintenance fee not decide yet because there is gst next year and maybe have adjustment when project is complete.he also inform utility rate is charged by commercial rate.wondering why he state 0.22 sen in brochure is not decide yet..

I was told electricy will be under residential rate. Not sure of water. Regarding the maintenance fee in the brochure, it was decided 0.22 sen b4 they knew maintenance will be subjected to gst.

There was a thread here discussing this issue n according to them some association is trying to discuss with gov to exlude maintenance fee from gst. So, yea, its still undecided as of now.
