Im not sure about that. I just drove by n take pictures. Didnt visit the sales gallery to ask. Sorry.

Refer to 1st page, mentioned approximately RM285 psf.
But better visit the sales gallery and ask. Hehe..

Hopefully after two years can get at least rm385 psf. Any advice?
