Any1 know if this is the 2nd phase of symphony? it looks somewhat same n I did not hear any service apartment projects in semenyih except for symphony

Last time I went to the site it is doing the piling work.

Finally my loan approved for 90%.. phew.. but a bit weird that the bank will not cover the legal fees.. :S

I thought its normal for bank not to cover legal fees unless u want to put in togather with the loan?

I signed with cimb islamic last week, cover with legal fees. smile.gif

I already called that number. Its not symphony. Its new project beside tesco semenyih. A bit tight lipped on the name n who is the developer. Only open for registration, launching next week

Asked the RHB to revise and now getting 90% loan + 3.5% mrtt smile.gif

But need to cover the legal fees ourselves. How much is it normally? or it will be absorbed by developer? I think SA told me that developer is only covering the SNP or do i getting it wrong?

Wahh, u got rhb? cry.gif that was my proffered bank, but when I sent application few month back they only do 80% for this property.

N legal fees, stamping n snp on developer side dev cover. Legal fees on bank side (disbursement, legal etc) u need to pay. I had to pay around 5k. U can also choose to put that amount in ur loan if im not mistaken.

RHB doesn't cover as such, so i guess, need to prepare extra fund for that sad.gif

As far as I know, the second phase will start not below than rm4++ psqft. At least, it is what the SA told me.

Yes. The idea is to open mydin first before then shopping complex (in which it will be next to phase to site).

I think, the dev is not really known outside of Kajang. sad.gif

Any good lawyer to recommend? The SNP lawyer quote me about 6k for total fees for loan agreement part.. is it good deal or not?

just confirm with the SA. it is not actually 7 + 3 (10%) but more to 9.8% in which the balance is your 1k... weird or misleading? :S

I think its standard price. My fee was around urs also. I just use same lawyer with dev, but I dont actually recommend it. Coz everytime I ask some more details, or question the snp, the lawyer keeps trying to dodge the question, or simply say dont know n tell me to ask developer. So yea, got some conflict of interest there. But good thing about it, everything settle fast
