10% is for all or only for certain level?

If I remember correctly, higher level will pay a bit later than lower level.

Heard got flood infront of klinik kesihatan kajang. Any1 know if this project affected?

10% for all as 2a is on foundation, when come to later stage on structural then will depend on individual unit

The Symphony Residence just near the KKK,it might affected if what you heard is true.
Hopefully the drainage system will improve when all the big projects coming here, per said Nadayu projects and etc.

Btw, this projects is under commercial land is it?

What im told, the project site is not affected. The flood is only at the main road the junction to enter bandar teknology.

just tried to go to symphony residence official website. It just says unit fully sold. Is this true?? how come i still see some ads in mudah selling some units

I think it's due to the rejected loan case. Last time check with my agent there are still units available but for the corner lot unit.

I got loan offer from MBB and RHB. Both offers same rate -2.35. Just the difference is RHB did not include loan legal fees into the loan,while MBB does. In terms of monthly payment have only slight different. Now in dilemma which one to choose.

Anyone can advice which is the best?

I prefer rhb more, but when I applied I only got mof 80% only . So I took MBB.

Why do you prefer RHB than MBB?

My other property is with rhb, so, to me much more convenient. N some clauses like defaulters rate, RHB is more reasonable. other banks like h.leong, ocbc they can change ur interest rate once u miss 1 payment. MBB at 1st also like this, but I nego so they change it to 3 month. RHB when I got the loan it was 3 month without me needing to nego.

Maybe u can nego more on ur interest rate, I got mine blr -2.4 both with rhb n mbb
