Yeah....all development hv bumi quota. This symphony is d same. Bumi quota mean still can select any unit u like from any available units.

Bumi lot sure cant sell to non bumi. As mention this is bumi quota. So many bumi quota units transacted to non bumi in d subsale market.
Beside bumi buyers here also quite strong. |

Hi Harvey, does the new ruling announced from budget affect the early bird package? For example, need to fork out more to secure the unit? or what we booked last time could get rid of it?
I heard from my friend said, it is going to implement compulsory 10% DP for property purchase. Please advise.. |
