Just to share. Rental in nadayu 92 is rm1600 to rm1800. This is real rental price and not asking price. Not all will get this kind of rental in that area i believe. At least for now

could be more specific on when the flood happened? In prev 8yrs how many time flood occured in this area? The flood exactly at the condo area or main road/traffic light there? Interested to know as im planning to move in after vp. Or else need to change strategy for rental play oni..

landed is always have lower rental yield. Single storey at ss4 kelana jaya (100m to lrt kj) rent out at 1.2k and kelana mahkota, sterling condo (not walking distance) been rent out more than 2k..

nvr heard a std 3b2r condo been rent out < 1k so hopefully this will not be a record breaker..touch wood

can u confirm whether this dev do not have bumi lot but only bumi quota to meet during sales?

Yeah....all development hv bumi quota. This symphony is d same. Bumi quota mean still can select any unit u like from any available units.

Bumi lot sure cant sell to non bumi. As mention this is bumi quota. So many bumi quota units transacted to non bumi in d subsale market.

Beside bumi buyers here also quite strong.

Hi Harvey, does the new ruling announced from budget affect the early bird package? For example, need to fork out more to secure the unit? or what we booked last time could get rid of it?

I heard from my friend said, it is going to implement compulsory 10% DP for property purchase.
Please advise..

Mydin start to operate march 2014. Should be first week or second week. This is bumi quota under local council requirement that need to sell to bumi buyers.

when did u place ur booking? I did mine middle of january, agent already say can sign snp, but im waiting for my loan 1st

Yeah...some already sign and some signing now. Those loan approved can proceed sign both spa n loan agreement
