Current rebates is 3% + 7% for early bird..so after launch mybe 7% only...or 5%..

Yeah....now show gallery doing the interior design and gallery. Now choosing date for official launch. AP obtained and now updating bank system for end financing. Next 1-2 weeks bank system should be online and thereafter can apply loan.

Non bumi unit no more discount. Many queing

i received call from hong leong bank sales person ask me to submit document for loan purposes for symphony residence.. is anyone else reveiced call from other bank?

Dear Imapple2, as a buyer you gotta fill up the developer sales form before proceed to loan application. Your agent / sales people will call you to fill up the Dev sales form soon. Developer will invite all buyers to visit sales gallery very soon too. Cheers

My viewpoint of its are good for investment or stay. Nearby this area is already mature township. it has very convenient highway access. Furthermore, mydin is one of the selling point there. Residential nearby convenience store like this always hot cake in future. Of course , there are some disadvantages like leasehold, surrounding area there are many developments, and it would have competitive price to flip in future if you are property flipper. smile.gif

a hotel? really? i thought just a shopping mall. interm of rental rate, i dont think ppl wanna pay RM1500 for that area as there are many landed houses. right?

yup if rental yield then i dun think its feasible, at least you would need to wait for phase 2 to be completed to gain a better ROI.
