from what i observe...the more win rates u have/ more games u played,ull be in higher bracket...
i asked the same question but none answer me,so im guessing this - -"

Not necessarily true. My win rate is below 50%, but I'm in the upper bracket. Truth is, nobody knows how the MMR is assigned. There's a Valve guy on the forums addressing concerns now, you can post there to ask him how to move up.
