Bad players complain when they're denied access. At least my guild requirements are low, IXDL Invite requires 55% win rate.

Those who are 100% VH (like funn1k) are newer accounts. Although I like to believe that win rate is an unfair indicator of skill, it's impossible to have a win rate in the low 40s unless you're a problematic player. Even the worst players I've met are no lower than 48%.
