It depends on the process also. In my environment, L1 after this will working on account management (account creation/deletion/update), homedirectory in UNIX NIS. I am L2 of myself. If I am having a free time, I sometimes teach L1 but only when the issue arise even they don't ask. Honestly speaking, I don't know if they need my guidance or not. tongue.gif

On another occasion, it is such a waste of time if I have to troubleshoot unnecessary thing/false alarm raised by them so the better way is teach them sweat.gif . Win-Win situation rclxms.gif
