This is my suggestion.

RM600 / 8 (weeks) = RM75

Why don't you (jameslee_84) bank-in RM75 to arjuna_mfna every week, instead of trying paying back all RM600 at one shot? This way, both side could be happy.

Or pay RM300 up front, another RM300 over a month (RM75 a week).

Just my views.

seller should go and borrow money from anyone (buyer don't care who he borrowed) and pay back to buyer. or else buyer should make a report and go to visit buyer's parent for a "friendly" talk. this thread should be closed

I don't know whether it's fair to arjuna_mfna or not, but if I were arjuna_mfna, I'd have accepted it. Maybe a bitter pill to swallow, I'd still accept it. Better than to keep on waiting (1 day, 1 month or even 1 year) and no response from jameslee_84. I'd already pointed out that jameslee_84 was at fault for not holding onto the money for at least 7 days after the transaction. Anyways, I'm not the buyer, I can't make any decisions. It's all up to arjuna_mfna. I just hope this case will end in an orderly and peaceful manner.

And please, this deal doesn't involve any banks or loan sharks. So don't bring whatever bullsh!t "interest" topics into this problem.

as a matter of fact, i jus hope all lyn ppl can give chance to other ppl dat ends up in my situation la.....dun alwiz screw la and wanna go police dis and dat.....sometimes a person is at fault but everyone deserve a chance....
even by the eye of the law.....i'm a law student la, so i know......court and police case is never the best way to solve a dispute......any other law student here will probably agree with me if u do read and understand the law.....
