i deal with this person (jameslee_84) to buy his nk6670, have dealing bout 1 week or less.... he offering rm600 for the phone + 512mb mmc card +post cost and i agreed with that..... i made my payment yesterday and ask him to send the phone at the same day



then i made the payment and wait the update, but he don't sms or pm me.... until this morning i sms him and he send the above ststemant

1. really angry coz he don't cheack the phone first before made the deal, i ask his is the phone ok? he saih yes
2. he already used my money to buy new phone, but i don't get what should i get
3. he ask for 2 months to refunnd full amount (rm600) but he get new phone i a day, i need to wait 2 months to get my money...

hope u all can help me..... this thing make me sometime not trust nobody in this thread.... now but not all

should the seller refund the whole amount if he failed to sell the item in short?

put him to the garage sales blacklist

ask him to borrow his new phone to u till his 6670 baack from servicing

frankly speaking, you just need to made a police report and let the police settle this. why make yourself suffers so much? no point writing here and hope for sympathy from other members. he con you, that's the fact.

I PMed jameslee_84 before and he agreed to sell his Nokia 6670 full set with 512MB memory card for RM700. Last two days, he PMed me and told me that he had bought the memory card and waited for my payment. Fortunately, i did not buy the phone from him.

hey... put urself in his situation. u wil know how he feels. this is not the time/place to say how good u ar becoz u check be4 u send the item. the fact is u got his money n he din receive anything. if i were him, i wil b angry also. its like borrowing money from someone (but u don pay interest). perhaps u should consider paying him back with interest. fair for both of u

n btw.... i was conned for RM50 be4... by an idiotic conman... haha

Anyway, you think the police will be kind enough to investigate arjuna_mfna's case? Think again. They will most probably ask you to settle among yourselves first. If things doesn't change (or worsen), then only go back to them.

Now that jameslee_84 has came in and clarified himself, I think arjuna_mfna should give him some time. If things doesn't change, then look for legal action.

Just wanna add, jameslee_84, since you gave your client a 7-day warranty, I think you should hold onto the cash for at least 7-days before using it. Just in case there is a need of refund, you can do it. It's clear that you haven't hold onto the cash, and now you're in a problem.

Or else many plp will use this excuse to borrow money (it happen last time) ,but I am not saying u , I knw u r really wanna sell ur phone and is genuire seller but think for arjuna_mfna ,its not fair for him ,anyway , I think the best way is u go get money and return to him now.(sell ur newphone ,borrow from friends ,sell ur stuff to ur friends and buy back from ur friend after u get back $$$)

ya i ask him to give 1 week personal warranty and he agree (like firts post), he should hold the money till i received the phone and and makesure the phone working well like he promised, just in case hv prob with the item so easy seller tp refund or take action.... now he just used the money and info me this morning bout the case.
