i deal with this person (jameslee_84) to buy his nk6670, have dealing bout 1 week or less.... he offering rm600 for the phone + 512mb mmc card +post cost and i agreed with that..... i made my payment yesterday and ask him to send the phone at the same day



then i made the payment and wait the update, but he don't sms or pm me.... until this morning i sms him and he send the above ststemant

1. really angry coz he don't cheack the phone first before made the deal, i ask his is the phone ok? he saih yes
2. he already used my money to buy new phone, but i don't get what should i get
3. he ask for 2 months to refunnd full amount (rm600) but he get new phone i a day, i need to wait 2 months to get my money...

hope u all can help me..... this thing make me sometime not trust nobody in this thread.... now but not all

should the seller refund the whole amount if he failed to sell the item in short?

this not fair to me coz he used the money for new phone, i get nothing.... rm600 not small amount......... should i get this case to police.....?

ya i ask him to give 1 week personal warranty and he agree (like firts post), he should hold the money till i received the phone and and makesure the phone working well like he promised, just in case hv prob with the item so easy seller tp refund or take action.... now he just used the money and info me this morning bout the case.

already ask him, he want 2 months to settle the full amount.... i can't wait till he get the money... noe try ask him to sell the phone and refund in 7 days.... or else

thanks dude, thing he scared to tell them coz he buy new phone with the money, and i trust his parent will ask him to sell the phone and refund the money..... he won't do that....

not really happy for me, he responsilbe to refund full amount withi 1 week time, coz that in warranty period.... what ever he must settle asap....

will not close till he refund full amount, wanna worn someone else and make sure this thing not happend again...

u rite the seller need borrow money fron anyone to settle this case... even this is first case to him, he had to be responsble what hv he done here

yap u rite..... if delay bout 1 week shpuld be fine la, but 2 months, it is not a short time.... what ever i want him to make full refund within 1 week from today....
