QUOTE(joytest @ Jul 15 2013, 01:05 AM) very nice thread....good for a weekend project to solder this up.... He wants OTG + charging...so a Y cable as per the thread he showed will be the answer. I need to make a cable like that. QUOTE(Noobi3 @ Jul 15 2013, 01:17 AM) Oh , my bad . I was kinda lazy to read back so thought he was asking about current charging his hp in his car . Thanks guys. yeah. I'm planning to tap the audio out via DAC at the same time charge the phone. Phone got tonnes of song and updating the libraries on the phone is much better than using USB on the head unit. I'm eager to work on method 2 but as always, no base line electronic knowledge. Some told me arduino is probably my best bet. Hope some of you can share a bit of knowledge.cheers

QUOTE(solsekuin44 @ Jul 15 2013, 01:30 AM) Hm, how is it compared to SGP? Have you used any SGP ultra sp? One is like RM30 for a full body when it's on sales ( most of the time ) and 1 is like RM50+ for 2 piece SP . I dunno how is the new application for Xtreme but till SGS3 , I hate it . It's like a piece of tissue , soft and flimsy . Best way to apply it is to add some liquid to the screen to move it around and position it . Kinda stupid if u ask me , what is the water which u used got into any of the holes . There's actually a liquid for you to use to apply it but think it is sold separately . Forgot to add , its not clear , more to matte kind unless there's something new from them these days . This post has been edited by Noobi3: Jul 15 2013, 01:46 AM

The OP stated some kind of circuit switch is needed, so maybe some active switch IC should do. I do not have that level of understanding unfortunately. Cannot take it, I'll use it again when I'm in the mood. Luckily only $0.99. Was on Flatro for some time, just switched back to Romow and I kinda like the wallpapers.

QUOTE(joytest @ Jul 15 2013, 09:00 AM) Gives you more color options when being a wolf seems that 1. liquidsmooth has many multi dpi options, not my style 2. thinking bridge, not much dev updates, me no likey 3. similar as black kang project. also last update in may? that's like 2 months ago, comparable to when the dinosaurs were extinct. so no for me. do you know if any Dev updated their ROM to the new anti-master key 2.0 exploit thingy already?

This is a Google Framework patch, so it would be pushed out by Play Store and GSF I think, so any ROM with Gapps would have it. TW or AOSP. However CM/AOSP added extra paranoia layers to it over the last week or so, you could try those out.
